ALAN O'CONNOR, CDT
Owner / Technician / Conversion Tech
Alan O'Connor is the owner of ODS inc. He has been a Dental Lab Technician for over 35+ years. He got into the field at a young age when a friend suggested a job to him that he thought sounded more interesting than making pizzas. This turned out to be a great decision as he discovered a true passion for the business. After working for various labs in both technician and management roles, Alan's career led him to the largest implant focused dental support organization in the United States where he had the opportunity to perfect his technique with the "All-on-X" procedure by working with hundreds of cases per year. He then left to start the implant department at a large commercial lab in Dallas. Outside of the lab, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He loves getting outdoors in his jeep. He is an avid poker player and also enjoys tennis.
JENNIFER CAGLE
Production Coordinator
Jen is originally from Midland, Texas where she met and married her husband of 22 years. Together with their daughter they moved to Dallas in 2002. She began her career in the dental lab industry in 2012 as an administrative assistant, after many years in sales. Finding the ins and outs of dentures and implants fascinating her focus became to learn as much as possible about the All on X field, while also supporting the team through her administrative role.
In Jen's spare time she loves riding motorcycles, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
CARMEN SANDOVAL
Dental Technician
Carmen is originally from East Texas. She got her start in the dental field as an assistant office manager at a dental office. After 9 years of dedicating herself to helping patients achieve the smile and dental care they desired from a business standpoint, she took interest in learning how to fabricate the prosthetics themselves. Carmen moved to San Antonio, TX, and obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Laboratory Technology in 2012. Soon after graduation, she moved to Dallas, TX, and began employment at a dental laboratory, honing in her skills as a removable prosthetics dental technician. Not long after, she transferred to the All on X department, learning and excelling in the fabrication of premium hybrid and removable prosthetics. Carmen is excited to continue to perfect and learn new and upcoming techniques to provide the best quality smiles possible.
